This 40 m2 accommodation is designed to comfortably accommodate 2 people; The sofa bed allows you to sleep 2 additional people if necessary.
The location is ideal, close to the town centre and to several beaches.
Parking, which is difficult in Sète, especially in this district, is no problem for residents since the apartment includes a private box in the garage, at the foot of the elevators.
The residence swimming pool, reserved for occupants, is open from June 1st to September 15th.
The apartment is very well equipped, functional, comfortable and welcoming. All the equipment is present. Almost all you have to do is to bring your swimsuit and beach towel.
The region is very rich in culture, entertainment and landscapes. The only difficulty is to make choices!
You will enjoy your meals in the glazed loggia (gallery) facing south-east, but which can be opened to the south and west. And if the temperature rises a little too much for your liking, the air conditioning will allow you to anticipate the return of a certain coolness at the end of the day.
The room is very small, like a mountain chalet, as is often the case in Sète. But we endeavoured to decorate it well … and you will only spend the nights there!
In the library, we have created an office corner, not to bring back bad memories, but because normal life doesn’t always stop during the holidays!
There is one thing you will remember if you love our apartment, the exceptional view. We also enjoyed that view and aimed to raise the apartment to the same high standard…
